This is a fun one to add to your toolbox. Looking at a diving toe hold from knee on belly. In the video we’re showing it when I have the opponent rolled on their side and am working that position, this can be hit from a standard KoB with their shoulders flat, but I find I hit this a lot cleaner from this position. Give it a go and scare the shit out of your enemy!
Because nothing says “Fuck it try a leg lock” like completely abandoning a dominant position to dive on the legs!!!!
