Emotional Health

Emotional health and peace is a massive part of self protection.

When we’re better regulated internally we are more likely to make good decisions under stress.

We are less likely to react based on emotion, and more likely to make a decision based on the data we can process and the experience we possess.

When we have internal regulation and mindfulness, we are less vulnerable to be manipulated by others words and actions.

In an industry that often portrays a hard line approach of toughness and grit, this piece is often underestimated or overlooked.

A fighter that has done work on the battle within, is significantly more prepared to handle the one outside themselves.

Breath Work.

Mantras.

Language.

Story Work.

Connection.

Elements that can be just as hard, and often harder, then the hours of physical struggle on the mats.

That’s often why we avoid these elements.

When combined into our physical training regimen, they are a super power.
